Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SF PMGM, Succession, and CDP module implementations and support.
- Manage end-to-end configuration, enhancements, and change requests.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SF solutions.
- Configure Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Talent Pools, Development Plans, and workflows.
- Maintain RBP, business rules, and templates.
- Provide issue resolution, training, UAT, and documentation.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors (PMGM, Succession, CDP).
- Deep understanding of SAP SF architecture, RBPs, and data models.
- Proficient in Admin Center, Provisioning, and SAP SF integrations.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Familiar with Agile/SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in CS, HR, or related.
- SAP SF Certifications (PMGM, Succession, CDP) preferred.
-Middle East project experience is a plus.
