Key Responsibilities:
• IT Governance & Compliance Management
• Technology Risk Assessment & Risk Register Management
• Regulatory Compliance Monitoring (SAMA, NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PDPL)
• Internal & External Audit Coordination
• Cybersecurity Governance & Control Oversight
• Third-Party & Outsourcing Risk Management
• Cloud Governance & Compliance Reviews
• Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Support
• Governance Reporting, KPIs, KRIs & Management Dashboards
🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, COBIT, or ITIL are preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT Governance, Technology Risk, Cybersecurity Governance, Compliance, Audit, and Regulatory Frameworks
✅ Experience Required:
• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Cybersecurity Governance
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Technology, or other regulated industries preferred
• Experience supporting regulatory assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives
⭐ Preferred:
• Candidates currently based in KSA
• Valid Transferable Iqama holders preferred
