Senior Specification Specialist

Description:

Education
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline (Mandatory)
⭐ Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or any recognized engineering authority will be an added advantage.

💼 Experience Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience in specification management, architectural technical sales, design, or consulting within Saudi Arabia.

Strong experience in stadiums, sports arenas, indoor sports facilities, and large-scale development projects.

Proven success in product specifications and consultant approvals across GCC projects.

Excellent understanding of:
Building materials
Architectural systems
Structural requirements
Construction codes & standards
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is highly preferred).

Strong stakeholder management and technical coordination skills.
