🔹 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝
◾ 4+ years of relevant experience in Application/Production Support or Systems Operations
◾ Hands-on experience supporting enterprise platforms
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
◾ Manage and monitor Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated systems
◾ Support .NET consoles, SQL databases, SharePoint portals, APIs & Apigee
◾ Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution within SLAs
◾ Conduct root cause analysis and prepare incident reports
◾ Execute releases for UAT & Production environments
◾ Manage change requests and deployment documentation
◾ Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity activities
◾ Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness
◾ Maintain knowledge base and provide regular reports
◾ Implement automation to improve operational efficiency
🔹 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
◾ Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration & support
◾ .NET Framework / .NET Core troubleshooting
◾ Microsoft SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, DB support)
◾ Preferred: SharePoint, API integrations, Apigee
