Senior Tibco Streaming Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior TIBCO Streaming Consultant to design and implement real-time data solutions within our utility and smart metering ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TIBCO Streaming (StreamBase) and deep knowledge of integrating operational utility systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement real-time data pipelines using TIBCO Streaming (formerly StreamBase).
Build complex business logic, including data aggregation, filtering, anomaly detection, and event pattern recognition.
Integrate streaming solutions with HES, MDM, SMOC, and HHU systems using secure APIs and enterprise integration standards.
Configure stream ingestion, data transformation, and event-driven output workflows to support operational and analytical requirements.
Ensure consistent low-latency and high-throughput performance across streaming applications.
Optimize system performance, manage load-based scaling, and address production-level streaming challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
Required Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in TIBCO Streaming / StreamBase or real-time data processing platforms.
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, CEP (Complex Event Processing), and real-time analytics.
Experience integrating with utility systems such as HES, MDM, SMOC, and HHU (preferred).
Proven skills in designing scalable, fault-tolerant streaming pipelines.
Hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring streaming applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the Utility / Smart Metering domain.
Knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Kafka, or other streaming/integration technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of microservices, API security, and distributed systems.
