Senior Utilities & Facilities Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on utilities professional who can independently manage plant utilities, troubleshoot complex equipment failures and deliver measurable improvements in reliability, safety and operating costs.
Must-Have:
-KSA experience is mandatory, preferably in food amp; beverage manufacturing.
-Strong technical expertise in ammonia refrigeration (NH3), boilers, compressed air and RO/water treatment.
-Hands-on experience in energy management, efficiency KPIs, cost savings and technical troubleshooting.
-Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, RCA, CAPEX, food safety and industrial safety.
-Ability to independently manage plant utilities, lead technical teams and drive continuous improvement
