 Key Responsibilities

👥 Lead the development & execution of the overall Workforce Strategy & Plan
🙌 Oversee volunteer programs – recruitment, onboarding, training & scheduling
📊 Manage rostering, shift allocations, deployment & accreditation of staff and volunteers
🤝 Coordinate with operations teams to forecast & fulfill workforce requirements across all functions
💡 Drive engagement, retention, and welfare programs to ensure a motivated workforce
⚡ Ensure all workforce operations run seamlessly during event time, including last-minute adjustments

✨ Ideal Candidate

✔️ Proven experience as a Workforce Manager on major sporting or multi-sport events
✔️ Strong knowledge of volunteer management frameworks & workforce systems
✔️ Exceptional planning, leadership & organizational skills for managing large, diverse teams
✔️ Ability to operate under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high service standards
✔️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
