Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the Direct Service Centers, focusing on KPIs achievement, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring profitability.
- Manage operations to minimize risks, including maintaining accuracy in spare parts inventory, handling long rental cases, managing out-of-warranty cash transactions, and overseeing company assets like cars.
- Daily monitoring and coordination of the Direct Service Center operations to ensure all orders with the same request date and priority are completed on the same day.
