📌 Service Reception Engineer
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle reception and supervision of service centers (preferably with Soueast brand experience).
✅ Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems and basic diagnostic principles.
✅ Proficiency in using maintenance management and electronic booking systems (DMS or ERP).
✅ Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
✅ Ability to coordinate between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate understanding of technical issues.
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written).
