Key Requirements:

✔ ServiceNow Expertise – Hands-on experience in CSM (Customer Service Management) & ITSM (IT Service Management) implementations
✔ Integration Skills – Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations
✔ Scripting Knowledge – Strong in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow workflows
✔ ITIL Processes – Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog Management

Nice-to-Have:
ServiceNow Certified (CSA, CAD, CSM, or ITSM)
Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or ITOM
Arabic fluency (advantageous)
