Key Responsibilities:

8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and implementation
Proven track record in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and 3rd-party APIs
Experience with Workflow Design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes
Strong experience in client workshops, solutioning, and stakeholder management
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory)
Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB – at least one preferred)
