Showroom Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide expert guidance and support to customers regarding product selection and usage.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout to enhance the customer experience.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technological advancements.

- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for both staff and customers.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical, telecom, or networking industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical T&M, tools, safety equipment, telecom T&M, networking equipment, UPS, and network tools.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
