Site Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
* Ensure construction and fit-out works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues to the project management team.
* Review technical drawings and coordinate the resolution of site-related issues.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably in construction, commercial fit-out, or interior finishing projects.
* Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and finishing works.
* Ability to coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
* Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Must be willing to work on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
