Site Engineer

Description:

Supervise installation of signage (internal, external, LED, wayfinding, pylons, cladding)
Ensure execution as per approved shop drawings & specifications
Coordinate daily site activities and guide technicians
Verify site readiness before mobilization

Maintain quality standards during installation
Conduct inspections and rectify snags/defects
Ensure compliance with HSE and safety regulations
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe practices
🔗 Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and mall authorities
Liaise with factory, procurement, and design teams
Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs
📐 Documentation & Reporting
Take site measurements and verify dimensions
Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and manpower reports
Maintain records (permits, delivery notes, checklists)
📊 Project Control & Handover
Monitor progress vs schedule
Identify site issues affecting timelines
Support project handover, snag clearance, and final documentation

🎯 Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
2–5 years of experience in signage / fit-out / site execution
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
Strong site coordination and supervision skills
English & Hindi communication (Mandatory)
Willingness to work across multiple sites
