Sr. Automation & Performance Quality Assurance Engineer

Description:

The client wants someone who can build and execute automated tests, integrate with test management tools, and also conduct performance benchmarking to ensure system efficiency and stability under varying workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Test Automation (Tosca)
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.
Review manual test cases and assess suitability for automation.
Troubleshoot and enhance existing automated scripts.
Set up and configure environments for executing automated test cases.
Execute tests, monitor results, and report defects using tools like qTest.
Integrate Tosca with test management tools and maintain Tosca frameworks (TBox, Classic).
Ensure full coverage for SAP modules through automated testing.

✅ Performance Testing
Gather performance requirements and design workload models.
Create and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or BlazeMeter.
Monitor performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
Analyze results and provide system optimization recommendations.
Use SQL for data analysis and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Tosca, SAP modules, and test automation frameworks.
Expertise in Performance Testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter.
Familiarity with Linux, messaging queues, and cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of the SDLC, agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
