Description:
Experience: 8+ years in Enterprise Storage, Data Center Infrastructure, and Backup environments.
Provisioning & Configuration: Create/expand LUNs and volumes; map secure host access across DELLEMC PowerMAX, PowerStore, and Pure Storage Flash Array.
NAS & Object Storage: Administer NFS/SMB shares and object buckets using PowerScale and Unified Storage.
SAN Networking: Hands-on SAN administration, zoning, and troubleshooting (Brocade and CISCO).
Data Protection: Implement/test disaster recovery protocols, volume replication, snapshots, SRDF, and Native Replications.
Monitoring & Tuning: Proactively track utilization, latency, and throughput; diagnose path failures and degraded arrays.
ITIL Framework: Strong knowledge of Request, Incident, and Problem Management.
