Role Overview: The Storekeeper manages spare parts inventory, documentation, and supplier coordination to ensure timely availability of parts for workshop and operations teams, supporting uninterrupted equipment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and record spare parts movements
Schedule and communicate restocking with Operations Engineer and Procurement Officer
Track local and overseas orders and maintain accurate inventory records
Liaise with suppliers for quotations, procurement, and delivery
Prepare and compile shipping documents for spare parts
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical, or related field
2–4 years of experience in stores, inventory, or logistics
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage
