Role Description:
Vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of company’s warehouse and store; responsible for receiving, storing, managing, and issuing inventory critical to company’s day-to-day operations with focus on the following:
1. Receiving & Verifying Inventory: Carefully checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies, and logging everything accurately in a warehouse management module of ERP or manual records.
2. Organized Storage & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse by properly storing items, conducting inventory cycle counts, and ensuring easy access to materials.
3. Issuing & Replenishment: Picking, packing, and issuing inventory for various departments based on requests, maintaining stock levels, and initiating purchase indents to prevent stockouts.
4. Safety & Compliance: Following all safety protocols within the warehouse/store, participating in safety training, and ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials.

Education:
