Strategic Business Development

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Director to lead market intelligence, strategic pipeline development, and early-stage pursuit readiness. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and managing local and international strategic partnerships, driving pre-RFP qualifications (EOIs, PQQs, RFIs), and conducting market feasibility studies for major infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 8–13 years of strategic business development and partnership management experience within infrastructure or construction sectors.
Core Expertise: Pipeline qualification, market intelligence, strategic partner scouting & engagement, feasibility studies, and pre-award positioning in KSA.
Location & Status: Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable Iqama.
