Tab Technician

Description:

The role involves closely working with project Teams to perform a third-party Testing & Commissioning/ Balancing to MEP Systems according to design specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements, ultimately delivering high-quality MEP systems that meet performance criteria and optimal building operation.

Responsibilities:

- Should have basic knowledge of MEP construction projects.

- Prepare TAB Projects report.

- Perform Site Pre-TAB checklists.

- Should be expert in performing Testing, Adjusting & balancing to HVAC air systems having AHUS/FCUS/PACU/FANS

- Should be expert in performing Testing, Adjusting & balancing to HVAC hydronic systems having Chiller/Pumps/AHUS/FCUS.

- Should Prepare the site Summary related to Air and hydronic systems.

- Should have enough experience to troubleshoot the HVAC system during Testing
