Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
