Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Description:

CEPCO is seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, agencies, job boards, referrals).
- Prepare and issue job offers, contracts, and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
- Support the implementation of the Saudization program and maintain partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to improve recruitment and retention practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee databases for reporting and future reference.
- Participate in career fairs, employer branding activities, and initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment procedures, ensuring alignment with CEPCO’s policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2- (2–4) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably within construction, contracting, or engineering sectors).
3- Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and recruitment best practices.
4- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
5- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
6- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems.
7- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
