You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from crafting hiring strategies and sourcing top talent  to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  •  Manage end-to-end hiring process
  •  Source & engage top talent via LinkedIn & networks
  •  Partner with hiring managers
  •  Lead employer branding initiatives
  •  Track recruitment performance metrics
  • Maintain talent pipelines & ensure compliance


 Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  •  5–7 years’ experience in recruitment (3+ in Talent Acquisition)
  • Strong in headhunting, employer branding & digital sourcing
  • Proficient with ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter
  •  Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
  • Proactive, organized & strategic thinker
