Description:
• Assist in technical and behavioural competency frameworks, succession planning through critical position identification and talent reviews, and oversee the appointment process from candidate selection to final assessment
• Assist in career advisory services, internal mobility, and support employee career movements to align talent capabilities with organizational needs
• Assist functional heads to identify skill gaps and implement relevant training initiatives, including leadership coaching, technical development, GDP programs, and scholarship management
• Coordinate internal and external workshops and conferences to facilitate professional development, address employee concerns, and enhance the overall employee training experience
• Assist in strategic training roadmap, source training providers, and support training logistics to ensure employees receive targeted and effective training aligned with organizational goal
