Team Leading Engineer

Description:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Team Leading Engineer to join our Manufacturing Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing shop floor performance, reducing employee turnover/absenteeism, and strengthening coordination between manufacturing and HR.

Key Responsibilities:
Reduce turnover and absenteeism of shop floor employees (Casual & Saudi).
Monitor attendance and resolve daily employee issues.
Improve performance and output of Saudi employees.
Coordinate with contractors regarding casual workers.
Support recruitment of new Casual and Saudi employees.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports.
Collaborate with HR on employee-related matters.
Lead and manage the shop floor team effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven team leadership and workforce management experience.
Strong planning and communication skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent MS Office skills.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
