Technical Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle after-sales activities for HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical support.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations for clients.
- Follow up on client inquiries, site visits, and service requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge during and after the sales process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, attested by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC after-sales or related technical support roles.
- Experience in ventilation fans or air movement products is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship preferred.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
