We’re looking for a 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 & 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 who can take a card program from 𝗕𝗜𝗡 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 → 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 → 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵.

A high-growth fintech/BNPL platform is launching 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁-𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 in the KSA market.

You’ll play a key role in taking the program from 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, working closely with technology, product, compliance, processors and payment schemes.

✅ End-to-end technical implementation of credit + prepaid/wallet + commercial cards
✅ BIN setup & ICA assignment
✅ Principal membership / scheme certification experience
✅ Hands-on issuer processor integration
✅ Card Management Systems — PowerCARD / Way4 / VisionPLUS / Cortex / Prime
✅ MDES / VTS / Tokenisation
✅ Apple Pay / Google Pay / xPay
✅ 3DS, ISO 8583 / ISO 20022
✅ PCI-DSS & card security
✅ Card lifecycle: Issuance → Authorisation → Clearing → Settlement → Disputes

The detailed requirements include direct experience with principal membership, ICA enablement, processor integration and SAMA's regulatory framework.
