We are currently looking for a highly driven and dynamic Technical Sales Executive to join a leading organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about Project Sales, Business Development, Technical Solutions, and Relationship Management within the construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage project opportunities within the assigned territory
- Engage consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and project stakeholders
- Drive product specifications, approvals, and project conversions
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to maximize market penetration
- Build strong relationships with applicators and installation partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer coverage
- Maintin project updates and opportunity tracking through CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Strong experience in Project Sales / Technical Sales / Construction Industry Sales
- Excellent business development and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building abilities
- Ecellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced market environment
- Valid driving license required
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (High Travel Role)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, adhesives, or related industries will be highly preferred
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, specifications, and technical sales processes
- Existing market connections within the Saudi construction industry will be an added advantage
