Technical Specialist

Are you passionate about water infrastructure and engineering innovation? We're looking for a Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in water infrastructure modeling tools like Innovyze InfoWorks ICM, InfoDrainage, or Bentley WaterGems/SewerGems to join our growing technical team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with our sales and engineering teams, lead product demonstrations, deliver technical training, and provide exceptional support to clients across the water infrastructure domain.

What You'll Do
🔹 Lead technical pre-sales activities including client consultations and live demos
🔹 Implement water infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs
🔹 Conduct hands-on training and ensure successful solution adoption
🔹 Support post-sales customers with troubleshooting and performance optimization
🔹 Develop custom workflows and services to boost client satisfaction and business impact
🔹 Stay current with industry trends and innovations in water infrastructure technologies

What You Bring
✅ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field
✅ Proficiency in Innovyze InfoWorks ICM, InfoDrainage, or similar tools (Bentley WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS)
✅ Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling and water infrastructure workflows
✅ Excellent presentation & communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
✅ 1–5 years of relevant experience (pre-sales, consulting, or post-sales engineering)
✅ Based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama (preferred)
