Description:

Works under high level of autonomy and minimal supervision to address corrective and preventive maintenance requirements for the OA Digital and Multi-functional products (MFP’s).

Job Accountabilities & Activities
 

• Unpack, Install OA and MFP’s
• Configure and establish connectivity for scan, print, fax and email on MFC’s on Domain Networks.
• Independently inspect, troubleshoot, estimate and repair Digital MFP’s at software and hardware levels.
• Raise requisitions, escalations, modifications for all required spare parts and consumables.
• Successively achieve benchmarks, targets set from time to time and generate maintenance revenue by invoicing service calls.
• Develop customer awareness and impart excellent technical support to major accounts and key clients.
• Mentors and teaches junior team members
