Description:

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

- Support and enhance Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance Management)
- Work with different departments to understand needs and build HR solutions using Oracle HRMS
- Build and manage reports, workflows, self-service features, Fast Formulas, and system configurations
- Handle system integrations and ensure accurate data migration
- Troubleshoot issues and support users with training and documentation
- Improve HR processes and deliver functional solutions

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HCM
- Strong skills in PL/SQL, SQL, Fast Formulas, SSHR/Form personalizations
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Based in or open to relocating to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
