Techno-functional Consultant 

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong technical capabilities, enabling you to design, customize, implement, and support Business Central solutions that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 BC.

Configure and customize Finance, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project Management, and other BC modules.

Develop customizations in AL / C/AL, extensions, and integrations with third-party systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues in a timely manner.

Create reports and dashboards using report extensions, RDLC, Excel, Power BI.

Conduct user training sessions and create process documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Work on data migration, upgrades, and multi-company setups.

Qualifications & Skills

8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV (both functional and technical).

Strong experience with AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, Extensions, API/OData, SQL Server.

Solid functional understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects).

Experience in multi-company environments and intercompany setups.

Familiarity with LS Retail, and RPA tools is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred having MB-800 Microsoft Associate certification.
