Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in tendering, procurement coordination, or project administration.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Procurement Management
Preferred Requirements: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Functional Responsibilities:
- Execute all phases of the tender process from initiation to award, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and review tender documentation including scopes, instructions, and evaluation criteria to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Coordinate the tender workflow across internal departments and stakeholders, securing timely inputs and adherence to project schedules.
- Support tender committee meetings by compiling submission summaries, assisting evaluation discussions, and documenting outcomes and decisions.
- Maintain tender records and documents in an audit-ready state, ensuring clear transparency and easy traceability throughout the entire process.
- Identify opportunities to improve tendering processes and propose enhancements to reduce cycle time and increase bid quality.
