The Higher Institute for Paper & Industrial Technologies (HIPIT) is pleased to announce a leadership vacancy for the position of Training Manager, based in Jeddah.

This role is responsible for leading and developing the training function, ensuring high-quality program delivery, and driving continuous improvement in training performance and trainee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the overall training function
• Prepare and implement annual training plans
• Develop training programs and learning content
• Supervise trainers and training schedules
• Monitor training quality and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Enhance trainee experience and learning outcomes
• Represent the training function to management and external partners

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in training, education, or development
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using technology and training management tools
• Fluency in English
