Usher Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Usher Manager to lead usher operations for a high-profile sporting event in Jeddah.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and oversee the usher team across all zones/areas
🔹 Prepare and execute detailed dot plans and deployment schedules
🔹 Act as the main point of contact with the client for usher operations
🔹 Coordinate with operations, security, and guest services teams
🔹 Conduct training and briefings for ushers before the event
🔹 Troubleshoot onsite issues and ensure a smooth guest experience
🔹 Provide post-event reporting and feedback

✅ Requirements:
✔️ Must be currently based in Jeddah
✔️ Proven experience managing ushers at sporting or public events
✔️ Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
✔️ Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
