Vendor Management Specialist

Description:

We're looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of digital government projects in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
If you have solid experience in vendor onboarding, contract compliance, and supplier performance management within the government or enterprise space — this role is for you!
💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee vendor onboarding, qualification, and evaluation processes
🔹 Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with KSA procurement laws
🔹 Monitor vendor KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance (e.g., cybersecurity, data privacy)
🔹 Handle vendor disputes and escalate risks when needed
🔹 Support RFPs, bid evaluations, and procurement coordination
🎓 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
✅ 2+ years of vendor or procurement experience (preferably in government projects)
✅ Familiarity with Etimad and other Saudi government procurement platforms
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
✅ Bilingual – Fluent in Arabic & English
