🎯 Executive Mandate
🔹 Lead end-to-end operations and supply chain strategy across multiple business units
🔹 Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives
🔹 Oversee procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution functions
🔹 Partner closely with the Board and C-suite on corporate strategy and expansion plans
🔹 Establish and track KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks
