Vtc Support Engineer

We are hiring experienced Saudi VTC professionals to drive excellence in Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) operations for a high-impact role in Saudi Arabia. If you have strong expertise in Polycom, Cisco, and network infrastructure, this opportunity is for you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Manage, configure, and optimize VTC systems and network infrastructure
* Handle VTC software platforms (Polycom expertise preferred)
* Monitor and maintain networks, servers, equipment, and system performance
* Apply advanced VTC engineering standards and resolve technical issues
* Troubleshoot VTC systems, servers, licenses, and warranty-related issues
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for seamless operations

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in network & VTC system management
* CCIE / CCNP (Cisco) certifications – Mandatory
* Polycom certification – Required
* Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
* Saudi Nationals preferred
