Well Site Supervisor
to oversee and coordinate well site operations and ensure safe, efficient execution of field activities.
This is a key leadership role for professionals with strong on-site supervision skills, operational expertise, and a high commitment to safety.

🔹 Experience Required:
• 5–10 years of experience in well site operations within oil & gas services
• Proven experience in supervising field crews and well site activities

🔹 Required Training / Certifications:
• Well Site Operations & Supervision
• Well Control Awareness
• H2S Awareness
• Oil & Gas Safety (ARAMCO or equivalent – preferred)
• Leadership & Team Management Skills

🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
• Supervise all well site activities during operations
• Coordinate with drilling, completion, and service teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client procedures
• Monitor daily operations, progress, and safety performance
• Manage field crews and contractors on-site
• Report operational status, incidents, and daily activities
• Act as the main point of contact between site and management
