• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and policies.
• Develop and implement systems for monitoring and evaluating the school's performance.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a school principal or assistant principal.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of educational policies and regulations.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive school culture and foster a love for learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.
• Strong commitment to educational equity and social justice.
