Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the account management team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop strategies to grow client accounts and maximize revenue.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients and management.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination, preferably in digital marketing or software.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in the Saudi accent is preferred.
