Accountant

Description:

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Manage F&B cost control, menu engineering & yield validation

Monitor stock, inventory system, and wastage control

Prepare cost of sales calculations & monthly COGS

Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams

🎯 Requirements:

Qualified Accountant / Cost Accountant with 5+ years’ experience

Minimum 2 years in F&B cost control (GCC experience preferred)

Strong analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)

Fluent in English (Hindi an advantage)

Preferably male candidates; applicants outside KSA are welcome

📦 Package & Benefits:

Salary: SAR 7,000 – 8,000/month (non-negotiable)

Medical insurance + Annual airfare (self)

6 working days/week (Sat – Thu)
