Green Truss Trading Company is seeking to hire an experienced Agricultural Nursery Supervisor to oversee nursery operations and manage on-site labor teams effectively.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage nursery workers to ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
* Organize work schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance and punctuality.
* Coordinate with the HR department regarding staff attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
* Prepare regular reports on work progress, manpower performance, and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in nursery or agricultural site supervision.
* Good knowledge of HR and personnel management procedures.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
* Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
