Application Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. If you have hands-on experience with Comarch Loyalty or similar Banking Rewards and Redemption platforms, this role is for you!
What We’re Looking For:

✅ 4–8 years of experience in application support (Loyalty/Rewards systems)
✅ Practical knowledge of Comarch Loyalty or equivalent platforms
✅ Exposure to banking domain, processes, and customer rewards programs
✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Working knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, and monitoring tools
✅ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
