Automated Operations Engineer

Description:

 Ericsson is seeking a proactive Automated Operations Engineer to support 1st Level monitoring, alarms, and incident handling for telecom services. This role plays a key part in ensuring service reliability, fast resolution, and round-the-clock network support.

⭕ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Monitor service & resource performance (1st level)
✔️ Handle and escalate network alarms & degraded KPIs
✔️ Perform initial troubleshooting and customer complaint checks
✔️ Upload HO reports during shifts with proper documentation
✔️ Collaborate across teams to enhance network stability
✔️ Ensure continuous support on night shifts, weekends & public holidays

🎯 Qualifications:
✔️ 1–3 years’ experience in Telecom/IT operations
✔️ Strong grasp of databases, Unix Shell scripting
✔️ Programming knowledge (Java, PHP, Python, Groovy, JavaScript)
✔️ Solid Linux hardware + basic RAN, TX, and Core network understanding
✔️ Experience in 24/7 monitoring & shift-based roles
✔️ Customer-centric, strong problem-solving attitude
