We are looking for a skilled and passionate 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 (𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞) to join our coffee shop in Riyadh. The ideal candidate has at least 𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 preparing high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming café environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Greet customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere
• Take accurate orders and recommend drinks based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and presentation standards
• Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, tools, and seating zones
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Process payments (cash and card) and handle transactions professionally
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Communicate customer feedback and suggest menu improvements

• 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 (𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧)
• 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 in a café or coffee shop
• Hands-on knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma required; barista training or certification is a bonus
