Business Analyst /it Solutions Analyst

About the Role:
Join our team as a Business/IT Solutions Analyst and drive digital transformation in banking! You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, designing systems for efficiency and compliance in a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze & document banking requirements (payments, lending, core banking)
- Design scalable IT solutions & collaborate with dev teams
- Lead UAT, QA, and process automation (RPA/AI)
- Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Prepare BRDs, functional specs, test plans, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure solutions adhere to banking security protocols and audit trails.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA/PCI-DSS regulations

You Bring:
- 5+ years in IT business analysis (banking/financial services)
- Expertise in Agile/SDLC, UAT, Req. gathering, APIs, SQL, banking platforms (Finacle/Temenos)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
