Description:

We are recruiting for a prestigious international luxury hotel chain the restaurant team in preparation for the opening of a high-end restaurant managed by a Michelin-starred chef, based in Riyadh.

Profil :

• 2/3 years’ experience in the same role within a fine dining or misalign restaurant

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverages

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintain composure during busy service periods, and

handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and

colleagues.

• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service, from table settings to guest interactions.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative

and high-performing team environment.
