Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop & execute the Group’s financial strategy
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Ensure IFRS-compliant consolidated reporting
- Manage treasury, cash flow & banking relationships
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management & governance
- Lead M&A, JV, and investment evaluations
- Partner with CEO & Board on strategic decisions
- Mentor & develop finance teams across subsidiaries
- Oversee audits & stakeholder relationships

✅ **Qualifications & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, etc.)
- **15–20 years** progressive financial leadership experience
- **CFO or Group Finance Director experience mandatory**
- Background in **holding groups, conglomerates, or multi-subsidiary** organizations
