Description:
A leading diversified business group operating across multiple sectors is seeking an experienced **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to work closely with the Founder/CEO and provide strategic leadership across its operating businesses.
Key Requirements
• **Saudi national** with willingness to relocate to Bahrain
• Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Finance, Economics**, or a related field; MBA preferred
• **12+ years of experience**, including senior executive or leadership roles within the GCC
• Experience in **F&B or Hospitality** is an advantage, particularly at group management or investment level
• Willing and able to **travel frequently**, including at short notice, with flexibility to accommodate the Founder’s business schedule
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
